How do I choose between a ring and a handheld counter?
A ring counter stays on your finger and suits counting on the move. A handheld counter gives you a larger display and bigger buttons. Compare the dimensions listed on each product page and pick the one that matches how you usually count.
How is the count reset?
Every counter in the collection has a dedicated reset control. The exact button placement is described in the specifications on each product page.
How long does the battery last?
Battery life depends on the model and how often you use it. The expected life and charging method are listed in the specifications for each product.
Is the counter silent?
Most models offer a silent mode as well as a light vibration or tone. Check the specifications on the product page for the model you are considering.
Will it fit my finger?
Ring sizes are listed in the specifications on each product page. If you are between sizes, send us a message before ordering and we will advise.
Is it suitable as a gift?
Yes. The counters arrive in retail packaging, ready to give for Ramadan, Eid, or a return from Umrah or Hajj. Add a note at checkout if you would like the order sent without pricing.
Which payment methods can I use?
Checkout runs on Shopify’s secure, encrypted pages, and payments are processed by Paystack. The methods available to you are shown at checkout before you confirm the order.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Get in touch as soon as you can. If the order has not yet been dispatched we will do our best to amend or cancel it.
