How your order is packed, dispatched and tracked — and when to expect it at your door.
- Same or next working day Orders are packed and handed to the courier within one working day.

- Delivering across Nigeria 1–2 working days in Kano, 3–5 working days nationwide.
- Packed to arrive safely Each counter ships in its retail box inside a protective outer.

How long will my order take to arrive?
We dispatch the same working day where possible, and the next working day at the latest. Once it is with the courier, delivery takes 1–2 working days within Kano and 3–5 working days elsewhere in Nigeria.
Orders placed on a Sunday or a public holiday are dispatched on the next working day.
How much does delivery cost?
Delivery is calculated at checkout from your delivery address, so you see the exact cost before you pay. Nothing is added afterwards.
How do I track my order?
You will receive an email with a tracking number as soon as your order is dispatched. If it has not arrived a few hours after your order confirmation, check your spam folder first, then get in touch with your order number and we will resend it.
Where do you deliver?
We deliver anywhere in Nigeria.
We do not currently ship outside the country. If you are ordering from abroad as a gift for someone in Nigeria, enter their Nigerian address at checkout and the order will go through normally.
What happens if nobody is available?
The courier calls the phone number on your order before delivering, so please use one you can answer. If they cannot reach you they will usually attempt redelivery or hold the parcel at their nearest office for collection.
Can I collect from your shop instead?
We are at Shop 18, LaPerla Plaza, beside NWU, Kano. Get in touch before you order if you would like to collect in person and we will confirm what is in stock.
My parcel has not arrived. What now?
Send us your order number and we will chase it with the courier directly. Deliveries can occasionally run a day or two over during public holidays and busy periods such as Ramadan.
